Processes
Process: develop go-live plan
Developing a go-live plan starts early in the design phase as technical prerequisites become clear. Often, many go-live activities happen in preparation for tests in order to establish a test environment with as many integrations as possible, which makes it ideal to capture these activities in the production go-live plan along the way rather than rediscovering all the necessary steps very close to the targeted go-live date.
